I currently use paper punch cards or have an existing loyalty program, will this still work for me?

Definitely! Transitioning your customer's info & punches to your My Digital Punch Card account is a breeze.  Simply ask your customer to create their account and you can manually assign punches to their account through your admin dashboard. Alternatively, you can create and upload a CSV file and import all your customer data at once into your account (Recommended). Additional instructions on how to create and import this file are located in your admin dashboard under customer data.  


How many text messages can I send each month?

As many as you want! Your monthly subscription plan starts at 1,000 SMS texts credits every month and you can always purchase more as needed.


Are there any long term contracts?

Nope. We don’t believe in holding you hostage in long contracts. Our solution is a month to month service & you can cancel anytime.

 

What if my customer forgets their phone?

Not a problem! There are many ways to assign punches and register new customers to your program:  1. You can register them & assign punches manually on a computer through your admin dashboard.  2. You can register a customer, assign punches & redeem rewards via a customer facing tablet.  3. You can simply login or register a new account and assign punches or redeem rewards using your own cell phone (just remember to logout when you’re done).   


Do we get marketing materials?

You betcha! Our in-house design team can provide you with customized print ready PDF’s that you can print at home & share on your social media pages to help you promote your loyalty program. Just let us know if you'd like our design team to create these for you.


What kind of customer data can I collect?

We make it super easy to collect customer data such as a customer’s name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender & zip code and it’s all accessible in your admin dashboard. This is great for establishing your book of business.
